My approach is holistic, it combines cognitive-behavioral techniques, strength based perspective, person centered techniques, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. I don&#8217;t believe everyone in therapy should have their needs met through cookie-cutter methods and strategies. As such, my goal is to create a partnership with each client where we can work together to find the best course of action for you.
