You don’t have to carry it all alone. I see you—the strong friend, the one who holds everything together, the one who’s been through more than you let on. You’ve learned to push through, to keep going no matter what, but deep down, you know there’s healing that needs to happen. That’s where I come in.

I’m Adrienne, and I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can finally lay your burdens down and unpack what’s been weighing on you. Through Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), we’ll work together to help you understand your experiences, develop coping skills that actually work, and begin to heal—on your terms. I believe in honoring your story, recognizing your resilience, and helping you tap into the strength you already have.

If you’re feeling stuck, alone, or weighed down by your past, know that healing is possible. Many of us experience stress, anxiety, depression, and other effects of trauma, but you don’t have to stay in that place. Small, intentional changes can open the door to a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, particularly those who have faced chronic stress and trauma. I meet you where you are, creating a supportive, secure space where you can rebuild at your own pace. Every person’s experiences are unique, and I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs.

Using a strength-based, solution-focused approach, I empower my clients to take control of their healing and create the life they want. In addition to TF-CBT, I incorporate creative therapies—art, music, therapeutic games, and expressive writing—to help process emotions and promote healing from experiences such as abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, conflicted relationships, neglect, domestic violence, and substance abuse.

You don’t have to face this alone. When you’re ready to take that first step, I’ll be here to walk with you.
