Many experience stress, anxiety, depression and other symptoms from the trauma that they have experienced in the past or present and I am here to tell you that you can move forward and live a healthy, happy and prosperous life by making a few positive changes daily.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults (early adulthood), particularly individuals that have dealt with chronic stress and trauma. I meet you where you’re at so you can begin to establish a healthy relationship in a safe and secure environment that will be based on your desires, skills, and strengths. Each person’s experiences are unique and I keep that in mind while creating a plan to meet your individual needs.
Through a strength-based solution focused approach, you can feel empowered to make the changes in your life that you want and begin to live the life that you desire. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and family support services. I enjoy using art, music, therapeutic games and expressive writing exercises to treat and promote healing from experiences such as abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, conflicted relationships, neglect, domestic violence and substance abuse.
